Delicious Sugar Free Cheesecake Dessert Recipe

Looking for a sugar free cheesecake recipe? If you’re on a diet you can still enjoy cheesecake and other treats. Here are a couple of great recipes. For these recipes you can use whatever fruit you want to top the cake but strawberries or raspberries are usually the best.

Filling
•    1-1/2 cups sugar equivalent substitute
•    5 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
•    ½ cup Fage Total Classic Plain Greek yogurt
•    3 eggs
•    1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
•    1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Crust
•    2 Tbsp. sugar equivalent substitute
•    1 cup almonds, whole
•    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
•    1 cup unsweetened, heavy whipping cream

Topping
•    Fresh fruit
•    2 Tbsp. sugar equivalent substitute

To make the crust for this sugar free recipe you want to crush the nuts until they look like graham cracker crumbs. Mix the almonds the butter and your sweetener together. Put this in a 9-10” spring form pan and put in the refrigerator.

For the filling you want to heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a mixer to beat the cheese and the sweetener fir about one minute on medium. Place the mixer on low and add the eggs until they are bit blended. Add the lemon juice, Fage, and your vanilla and beat this until its blended which takes about 10 to 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool this on a rack for 15 minutes before you transfer it to the refrigerator.

Combine your whipping cream and the sweetener and mix this for about 3 minutes in the mixer. Frost the top of the cheesecake and then add the fresh fruit as a finishing touch.

Ingredients:
•    4 eggs (preferably room temperature)
•    1 and 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 Tablespoon) vanilla
•    3 packages (1 and 1/2 lbs) cream cheese (room temperature)
•    1 and 1/3 cups sugar equivalent of artificial sweetener (I like zero-carb liquid sweeteners for this recipe)
•    1 and 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 Tablespoon) lemon juice
•    1/4 cup sour cream

Crust:
•    2 Tablespoon melted butter
•    1 cup almond meal
•    2 Tablespoon sugar equivalent in artificial sweetener

Making the Cheesecake:
Heat oven to 375 F before you begin. Combine the ingredients for your crust and press this into a pan you want to bake this for about 8-10 minutes until it starts to brown up.

Put the cheese into a mixing bowl and beat this until it’s fluffy and then ad din the other ingredients. Make sure you scrape the bowl and the beaters as you mix the ingredients. Incorporate everything completely scrape it once more and then beat again for one minute and then pour the mixture into the pan to cover the crust.

Put the cake in a 400 degree oven and bake for 60 to 90 minutes. Make sure you check the cake after one hour. Your cake will be firm but soft in the center when it’s done or when the center is 155 F. Chill the cake and add your fruit and it you want add a sugar free topping. This dessert is a huge hit, especially with children and teens. Serving this cheesecake will be a memorable moment at any sweet sixteen party.
